Orders are carefully handcrafted and shipped within 1–3 business days. During holidays, shipments may be delayed; please refer to our site notice for exact dates.

Yes, we ship globally. Shipping fees are complimentary on orders over $100.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return Conditions
Due to the nature of our handcrafted and personal items, we kindly ask customers to ensure their selection before purchasing.
Returns are accepted for eligible items; however:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Return shipping costs may be significant depending on your location, especially for international orders.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
- Shipping costs are not refunded
