Policy Scope
This return policy applies to orders delivered to all countries we currently ship to. Our standard refund policy applies to all physical items — incense, bracelets, and other tangible goods.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return Conditions
Due to the nature of our handcrafted and personal items, we kindly ask customers to ensure their selection before purchasing.
Returns are accepted for eligible items; however:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Return shipping costs may be significant depending on your location, especially for international orders.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
- Shipping costs are not refunded
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Opened or used incense products
- Sale items or promotional items
- Digital Services & Online Courses

Digital Services & Online Courses · Final Sale
All consultation sessions (including Single Inquiry, Full Chart Reading, and Annual Guidance) and all video courses are digital in nature. Once purchased, they are final sale and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
This is not a rigid rule made for convenience. It reflects the reality of what we offer: live time, personal presence, and immediate access to content. A reserved session is time held exclusively for you. A purchased course is knowledge and practice instantly available to you. These cannot be returned.
If you are uncertain whether a session or course is right for you, please reach out before booking. We would much rather help you feel clear now than have you wish you had asked later.

Please do not send returns to our company address or shipping origin unless instructed by our support team.
Our company address and shipping origin are not the default return address.
To request a return, please contact us first at support@zentaoshop.com. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions by email.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
