Your Guide

The Practitioner Behind the Path

taoist internal arts

J.Li is a longtime practitioner of Taoist internal arts — a path he has walked quietly for many years. His practice is rooted in the orthodox lineage of Taoist Neidan, the inner alchemy of energy cultivation, and deepened by a quiet immersion in both Taoist and Zen philosophy.

What J.Li teaches does not come from books alone. It comes from the body, from years of sitting in stillness and moving with awareness. From this lived experience, he has shaped a curriculum that meets the beginner where they are — gentle, grounded, and free of unnecessary complexity.

Alongside his practice of the internal arts, J.Li is also an experienced teacher of Zi Wei Dou Shu — the ancient Taoist art of birth chart reading. Through this quiet discipline, he has guided many people toward clarity in their life direction, helping them see their own path more clearly.

He does not claim to have arrived. He walks the path — and now he walks it with you.

“True cultivation is not a theory to ponder — it is a practice to live. The very spirit of it is this: to refine what is within, and to walk that refinement into every corner of your daily life. The deepest practice doesn’t end on the cushion. It begins the moment you stand up and meet the world.”

Internal Martial Arts Series

Harmony in Motion · Inner Balance

When internal cultivation is expressed through movement, the aim is not combat — it is the harmonious balance of Yin and Yang, body and mind. This series is not about learning fighting techniques. It is about embodying the Taoist principles of inner calm, energetic equilibrium, and the quiet unity between oneself and the natural world. Here, every gesture is a practice in presence. Every form is a quiet conversation between the body's inner landscape and the world beyond it. This is movement as medicine for the body, stillness for the mind.
