Refund & Return Policy
At Zen Tao, we understand that choosing personal and spiritual items online can take time. We’re here to make the process as clear and fair as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
You may return or exchange most Zen Tao items within 30 days, provided that:
- The item is unused
- The item is in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Please note: Damages caused by regular wear and tear do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees and additional service charges (such as gift wrapping) are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs vary depending on item weight, destination, and shipping method.
Exception:
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a return label.
Return labels are provided only for defective or incorrect items within the policy period.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
If you have not received your refund after processing:
- Please check your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please note:
Once an exchange is completed, the exchanged item is not eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Sage sticks, candles, or soaps once opened or used
- Sale items or special offers
- Free items received through promotions
Gifts
- If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit equal to the return value.
- If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Returns Without a Label
If a return label is not provided:
- You are responsible for return shipping
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
Zen Tao is not responsible for items lost in transit when returned without tracking.

- Please do not send returns to the address on the package
- Returns without prior contact may not be processed
