A set of three original hand-drawn talismans by J.Li. Each one is drawn by hand, in a single pass, with brush and cinnabar ink. No two are identical. Each carries its own breath, its own slight variation, its own quiet signature of the moment it was drawn.

How to Order
Choose any three talismans from the six above, then write their numbers in the order notes at checkout.
Example:
1, 4, 6
This means: A Quiet Relief, A Quiet Guard, A Quiet Harmony.
You may choose the same talisman more than once, if you wish.
If the notes are left empty, we will select a balanced set of three on your behalf.
The Hand-drawing Process
Each talisman is drawn by J.Li, by hand, with a brush and cinnabar ink.
Before the brush touches paper, there is a pause. The mind settles. The space is prepared. The form is held clearly in mind — not as an image to copy, but as a structure to embody.
In the Taoist tradition, the drawing of a talisman is understood as a practice of focused intention. It is said that the one who draws gathers inner qi — the body’s subtle energy — and directs it through the brush, combining breath, focused awareness, and the discipline of the Taoist inner arts. The hand becomes a vessel for that intention, not the source of it.
This is not a performance. It is a quiet, internal process. The talisman is not “made” in the ordinary sense. It is drawn, once, with no second pass, no correction, no erasure.
What remains is the first and only mark of its kind.
How to Keep Them
Each talisman is made of paper and cinnabar ink. Please keep them clean and dry, and away from moisture.
They may be placed:

Standard packaging: Each talisman is carefully folded and placed inside its own dedicated talisman pouch — three pouches in total — made for quiet, everyday carrying in a bag or pocket.
A Note on Renewal
In the Taoist tradition, a talisman is kept for one year, then replaced with a newly drawn one. This is not because the old mark loses its meaning — it is because the tradition understands time as a cycle. A new year. A new mark. A fresh intention, drawn to accompany the days ahead.
When the year turns, new talismans may be drawn to take their place — for those who wish to continue the practice.

Can I choose the same talisman twice?
Yes. You may select the same talisman more than once. It is your collection.
